GENERAL LAVALLE: GENERAL LAVALLE: El Intendente impulsó una denuncia contra funcionarios y empleados municipales que tramitaron el Ingreso Familiar de Emergencia
El mandatario local José Rodríguez Ponte, se presentó ante la justicia federal por el posible delito de fraude al Estado Nacional.
Ocurre luego de haber constatado, junto a los letrados del municipio, que funcionarios y empleados de la comuna se inscribieron para obtener el IFE que regula la ANSES para asistir a quienes no poseen ingresos por el Aislamiento Social, Preventivo y Obligatorio.
Asimismo, se dio inicio a una investigación sumarial, para determinar si las inscripciones fueron efectuadas por agentes municipales, por cada persona en forma individual, y si los inscriptos tenían o no conocimiento de tal circunstancia.
Con respecto a la denuncia, se pidió su radicación en el Juzgado Federal de Dolores, acompañando la información con la que cuenta el Municipio, y poniéndose a disposición todo otro elemento que el Fiscal o Juez interviniente estime pertinente.
Ponte indicó que tras comprobar la irregularidad no dudó en recurrir a la justicia, más teniendo en cuenta su pasado como juez. “Acá se actuó por acción u omisión por parte de funcionarios y es lo que se debe determinar porque intentaron obtener un provecho en desmedro de quienes más lo necesitan”.
Ante la situación la secretaria de desarrollo social, Gabriela Tellechea presentó su renuncia y el intendente dispuso separar a los demás funcionarios involucrados.
Cabe recordar que el Ingreso Familiar de Emergencia (IFE) es una medida implementada por el Gobierno Nacion, por el cual el Estado otorga una ayuda asistencial de $10.000 a aquellas personas que no tengan ingresos.
